Convocation Video
At the beginning of the year, the administration team from each school in the district had to create a lip singing video of a popular 80's song. The song could be based around the mission of your school, school needs, or have nothing to do with your school at all. There was one rule, be funny, and the winning team receives a prize for their school. This is a huge event as administration teams take this opportunity to have fun and show the staff how vulnerable they can be, and of course, everyone wants to win. This was good for not only staff morale but great for building connections with other principals, assistant principals, and district personnel within the county. |
