DEVELOPMENTAL PROJECTS
In our MSA we conducted a developmental project for grades K-12 based around eight data points. Our cohort worked in small groups to thoroughly dissect the data points based around each grade level. We were able to take several school visits in Wake, Johnston and Edgecombe county of all grade levels. During these visits we were able to conduct personal interviews, observations, walk-throughs, interact with staff and students, and provide feedback with the leadership teams. I have gained so much insight on how school operate on all grade levels.
